Photographing Nature at Reelfoot Lake
Friday-Sunday, July 7th-9th -(7PM Friday-11AM Sunday)
This will be the fourteenth year for this extremely popular workshop!! Beautiful Reelfoot Lake, located in the northwest corner of Tennessee, will be the back drop for this nature photography workshop. Field sessions at Reelfoot will seek a variety of experiences with wildlife and sunrises being the focus. Reelfoot is also known for an abundance of birds (over 238 species), including herons, eagles and songbirds. Combine this with breathtaking sunsets and beautiful cypress trees, and you have the makings of an unforgettable photographic experience!
Friday evening, will begin with a meeting to discuss our itinerary and some tips and techniques to get the most from the photographic opportunities we will have. Saturday and Sunday will be spent “in the field”. Participants will have the opportunity to shoot sunrises and sunsets, as well as, many types of wildlife. Landscape and closeup possibilities abound here as well. Pontoon boats will transport us to remote locations of the lake for extraordinary photographic opportunities. Seminar cost is $285.00 **( does not include your food or accommodations)**. We will book a block of rooms for those who are interested. Let us know if you need a room.
